Traits

Unedning Hunt. The wendigo does not need, air, sleep, or water to survive.

Uncanny Stealth. The wendigo at night stands still as a statue and becomes near indestinguishable from the great trees around it  in the dark. Creatures without darkvision have to pass a DC 22 perception/investigation check
(creatures with darkvision have a DC 17)

Macabe Mimicry. The Wendigo once it has consumed enough flesh gains the macabe ability to mimic the voices of its victims, tho only able to do simple phrases, reaching about 5 - 7 words, using this it lures new victims into the woods to devour...
(DM decides the DC to tell its not the person if the players knew them)

Starving beast. The wendigo can not resist the tantilising smell of meat and blood, if a creature dies while in sight of the wendigo, the wendigo will rush to consumeit and start making Bite attacks at it until the creature is consumed.

Actions

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 15 ft., single target. Hit: 15 (2d6 + 8) slashing damage. 

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., single target. Hit: 23 (3d10 + 8) piercing damage plus 4 (1d8) Necrotic damage. The wendigo tears a chunk out of the creature healing for half of the damage dealt(rounded up).

Frightful Presence. Each creature that is within 120 feet of the Wendigo must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the Wendigo's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

 

Reactions

Starving Desperation. if a creature drops to zero hitpoints in the Wendigos sight it will use its reaction and its full movement speed and dash action to reach it.

Legendary Actions

The Wendigo(Huge) can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Wendigo regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn..

Ready Rending sweep (Costs 1 Actions). The Wendigo raises its arm readying to do Rending Sweep at its next chance to take a legendary action.

Rending sweep (Costs 1 Actions). The Wendigo swings its arms down in a large Aoe sweep, auto hitting any creature in range, no save and AC does not matter, any creature in a 15ft cone infront of the Wendigo takes 21 (4d6 + 8) slashing damage.
