Description

Elemental imitations of their more celestial cousins, aqueous pegasi are creations, or perhaps discoveries, of Titania, Queen of the Seelie court. Rarely seen outside of her gardens, they are sometimes offered as gifts or peace offerings to those she deems worthy. This doesn't gaurantee cooperation on the pegasus' part, though, as they reserve their companionship for those they deem worthy. It is said that they tend toward good more readily than their partoness, but even that is just hearsay.
