Special Equipment. River wears a gunbreaker coat and a ring of mind shielding. She wields Hunter's Resolve, a +2 gunblade.
Battle Mind. River adds her Intelligence modifier to the damage roll for her weapon attack (included in the attack).
Spellcasting. River is a 8th-level spellcaster. River's spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). River has following artificer spells prepared:
Cantrips: mending, prestidigitation
1st level (4 slots): alarm, detect magic, disguise self, heroism, identify, shield
2nd level (3 slots): branding smite, kenetic jaunt, rope trick, vortex warp, warding bond
Multiattack. River makes two attacks with her gunblade and one attack with Fated Wave.
Hunter's Resolve. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (1d10 + 10) slashing damage.
She can deal additional fire, cold, lightning or thunder damage and the creature takes 5 (1d10) of the chosen damage type.
Fated Wave (Recharge 6). When River makes a melee attack on a creature. Each creature in a 15 foot cone behind the target creature, including the target creature, must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 35 (7d10) fire, cold, lightning, or thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Wolf's Mark. River chooses one creature she can see within 30 feet of her. The next time she hits that creature on this turn with a weapon attack, all damage dealt by the attack becomes force damage, and the creature takes an extra 8 (2d8) force damage from the attack.
Burst Parry. Gilory adds 3 to her AC against one melee attack that would hit her. To do so, River must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
Flash of Genius (4/Day). When River or another creature she can see within 30 feet of her makes an ability check or a saving throw, she can use her reaction to add 4 to the roll.
