Description

Weather Spirits are ancient spirits, neither dead nor alive, that haunt remote mountaintops, , riverbeds or high bluffs. It is said that these creatures control and regulate the weather. All of their spells are weather-related. They appear as gaunt and pale humanoids in long flowing purple robes. They wave sheer veils of different colors to bring about different weather conditions.
