Description

This is a homebrew angel I'm using as an enemy creature in my campaign. It has some weird rules that are specific to my campaign, but feel free to ignore those and just use the stat block. The weird rules are as below.

The unwilling frozen angel was once a humanoid that died as a result of the divine plague. Upon death, the creature becomes part of Altria's hive mind as long as there is a living Herald of Altria within 100 miles. If the herald dies, or moves too far away, the unwilling frozen angel will die instantly.

It resembles the humanoid that died in life, but it is coated in protective sheets of ice that at like armor, and it has spectral wings that appear to float about 4 inches back from the humanoid's shoulder blades.
