Magic Resistance. The Warpox has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Infectious Carrier. If the Warpox reaches 0 hit points, it explodes in a cloud of infectious disease. Each creature that isn't a demon within 10 feet of it must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be afflicted by a random disease from the Dungeon Master's Guide.
Multiattack. The Warpox uses Pox Cloud if it can. It then makes three attacks: one with its bubonic bite and two with its carrion claws.
Bubonic Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 32 (5d10 + 5) piercing damage. The creature must also make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have it's constitution be reduced by 1. If the creature's constitution becomes 0 in this way, the creature dies. The creature's constitution is returned to normal with a greater restoration spell or a long rest.
Carrion Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3d6 + 5) slashing damage. The creature must also make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take an additional 10 (2d8 + 2) necrotic damage, if the target is a creature and dies from the additional damage, it rises as a rutterkin 2d4 rounds later.
Pox Cloud (recharge 5-6). The Warpox exudes a toxic cloud in a 60 foot circle centered on itself. Any creature that isn't a demon that starts it's turn in the circle must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 30 (3d10 + 15) poison damage or half as much on a success and they are poisoned and blinded while in the circle.
Description
Warpox are disease ridden demons with foul desires to spread disease. Appearing as bloated and decayed humanoids with terrible claws and teeth that crawl with maggots and transformative disease. More or less, Warpoxes are considered to be repulsive by those around them due to their desire to spread pathogens and diseases.
