Mounted Combat. Banana Cavaliers are a dangerous foe to face while mounted. While they are mounted and aren't incapacitated, they gain the following benefits:
- They have advantage on melee attack rolls against any unmounted creature that is smaller than their mount.
- They can force an attack targeted at their mount to target them instead.
- If their mount is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails.
Multiattack. The Cavalier can attack twice with its weapon.
Halberd. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Edible. Fruit People are edible beings. The Banana Cavalier may break off a small part of their body, a maximum of 4 times per long rest, at the cost of 1 hit point. When someone eats the severed part of the body within the first 12 hours while it is fresh, they receive 1d8 temporary hit points. These severed pieces only grow back with a long rest in direct sunlight.
Polearm Master. When the Banana Cavalier takes the Attack action with their halberd they can use a bonus action to make a melee attack with the opposite end of the weapon. This attack uses the same ability modifier as the primary attack. The weapon’s damage die for this attack is a 7(2d4+2), and it deals bludgeoning damage.
Second Wind. Once per short rest, the Banana Cavalier can use a bonus action to regain 1d10 + 6 HP.
