Blue Bird

Innocent Disguise. Blue Bird can shapechange into a Small blue canary. This disguise can only be broken by Blue Bird and is unaffected by everything else.

Electrifying Aura. Whenever Blue Bird is attacked, the attacker takes 6 (2d4) Thunder damage.

Storm Clone. Whenever a creature casts a spell, the Blue Bird may cast it on its next turn at will, all damage done by said spell is converted into Thunder.

Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit:  20 (3d6 + 5) piercing damage.

Thunderous Tweet. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 100 ft., all targets. Hit: 17 (3d4 + 10) [damage type] damage.

Blue Bird can take 1 legendary action. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creatures' turn. Blue Bird regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Chain Lightning (Costs 1 Action). Blue Bird strikes a creature that is within 80ft with a lightning bolt, the target must succeed on a DC 18 DEX saving throw or take 3d12 Lightning damage and half as much on a successful one, on fail the nearest creature next to the original target that isn't Blue Bird gets struck with lightning and has to make the save too, if it fails, repeat.
