Hydrophobic. blister guts can't swim.
Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) poison damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Poison Breath (Recharge 5–6). The blister gut exhales poisonous gas in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw, taking 42 (12d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Poison Cloud (10/Day). A 10-foot radius of poisonous gas extends out from the blister gut. The gas spreads around corners, and its area is lightly obscured. It lasts for 1 minute or until a strong wind disperses it. Any creature that starts its turn in that area must succeed on a DC 11 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the start of its next turn. While poisoned in this way, the target can take either an action or a bonus action on its turn, not both, and can't take reactions.
Description
Large and muscular drakes, Blister Guts are omnivorous, (Or so I'm told, I've only seen them consume poisonous plants, I assume to store up poisonous gas to subdue pray or protect themselves) they corner pray and spray gas at the pray suffocating them slowly.
