Magical Form. The Summon has resistance against damage from spells and other magical effects.
Decaying Blood. The Summons form rapidly decays, every hour it's hit point maximum is reduced by 2. If the Summon's maximum becomes 0, it's body melts into a pool of black blood.
Life Drain. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 21 (4d8 + 3) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.
Create Revenant. The Summon targets a humanoid within 10 feet of it that has been dead for no longer than 1 minute and died violently. The target's spirit rises as a revenant in the space of its corpse or in the nearest unoccupied space. The revenant is under the Summon's control. The Summon can have no more than seven revenants under its control at one time.
Description
Created by demented Blood Hags, Bloodborne Summons are shifting humanoids composed of solid blood, their bodies a defiance to reality. Bloodborne are especially powerful and can cause the blood within recent victims to broil with hate so much that they rise under the Summon's control. However, despite their power, they are still constricted by the power's that brought it into the world, which causes it's visit to the world to be only temporary as its body slowly disappears. They are often summoned by Blood Hags to cripple governments or to bolster the forces of darkness.
