Traits

Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the King of the Damned has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom Perception checks that rely on sight.

Legendary Resistance (2/day). If the King of the Damned fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Turning Defiance. The King of the Damned and any Undead within 30 feet of it have advantage on saving throws against effects that turn undead.

Actions

Multiattack. The wight makes three attacks with the Cursed Blade of Antar. It can use its Life Drain in place of one Wight Blade attack.

Life Drain. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 18 (4d6 + 4) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.

A humanoid slain by this attack rises 24 hours later as a Skeleton under the King's control, unless the humanoid is restored to life or its body is destroyed. The wight can have no more than twelve Skeletons under its control at one time.

Cursed Blade of Antar. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5ft., one creature. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage.

Reactions

Parry. The King of the Damned adds 2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the noble must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.

Description
