Fey Ancestry. [Allison] has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put him to sleep.
Spellcasting. [Allison] is a 3-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is [Intelligence] (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). [Allison] has following [Mage] spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): [mage armor], [mage hand]
1st level (2 slots): [sleep], [longstrider]
Drain Potential. Melee Spell Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15 (3d10) [necrotic] damage.
Drain Potential. Ranged Spell Attack: +5 to hit, range 30 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15 (3d10) [necrotic] damage. Allison gains 5 temporary hit points.
Gravity Wave (Recharge 5-6). Allison causes a rippling wave of magical gravity to fill a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on a point he can see within 120 feet of himself. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13 Strength saving throw. On a failed saving throw, the creature takes 5d6 (5d6) force damage and is pulled up to 10 feet toward the sphere’s center. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and isn’t pulled.
Bonus Action: Distort Gravity (1/Day). [Allison] targets herself or one willing creature that she can see within 60 feet of herself, magically distorting gravity around the target. Any creature within 5 feet of the target takes 1d6 (1d6) force damage. In addition, the target can use a reaction to float upward, up to 20 feet, without provoking opportunity attacks. When this effect ends at the start of Allison's next turn, the target floats gently down up to 20 feet.
Description
Beautiful, ethereal, deathly, shadowy—all accurately describe Allison Peirson, an alf in her two-hundredth year of life. She’s recently taken up the study of Arcane Magic, and she’s pursuing the life of a fugitive in hopes of helping to free Alfheim and Freyr. Loquacious, snarky, and sarcastic to a fault, she’s ready with a barb for any occasion—usually to mask her own insecurities.
Allison appreciates people who share her interests and are willing to spend time studying with her, though she also likes it when people treat her with respect even if they don’t care about magic. She dislikes people who keep Secrets from her, and hates when people judge her for being a fugitive or novice in magic (even if she's two centuries old).
