Vital spirit. The pokemon cannot be magically put to sleep.
Multi attack. The pokemon makes two melee weapon attacks.
Rage fist. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 4) bludgeoning damage plus 4 (1d8) bludgeoning damage for every time the pokemon was hit by an attack since the end of its last turn.
Low kick. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature then it must succeed on a DC 16 strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is medium sized then the attack deals +1d8 damage, and +2d8 damage if the target is large sized or larger.
Thrash (Recharge during a long/short rest). As a bonus action, the pokemon flies into a rage. For the next minute, it gains resistances to slashing, bludgeoning and piercing damage. In addition, it deals +5 damage on successful attacks. This ability ends if the pokemon does not attack or take any damage since its last turn.
