Traits

Divine Fury. Mira fights with a fury and power borne out of faith, and her fervor begets certain benefits. The first creature Mira hits with a weapon attack on her turn takes 14 (4d6) extra necrotic damage. In addition, Mira has advantage on Strength checks and saving throws. If she takes psychic damage, then she loses all benefits of this feature until the end of her next turn.

Celestial Form. When Mira falls below half (77) hitpoints she exposes her celestial form. In her celestial form, Mira's eyes shine silver and her skin appears gray and cragged. Creatures within 10 feet of Mira that can see her must succeed on a DC 14 Charisma saving throw or become Frightened of her until the end of her next turn. Immediately after Mira deals her Divine Fury damage to a creature on her turn, she can target a second creature within 30 feet of the first, and it takes 9 necrotic damage.

Trelbesimat's Sacrifice. Mira is one of Trelbesimat's desired sacrifices, and she carries a dragonmark as her burden. In moments of stress the marks hisses audibly. Mira can cast spells through her dragonmark, and her spellcasting ability is Constitution (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). Mira can cast the following spells:

At will: fire bolt

Once per day: absorb elements

Legendary Resistance (1/Day). If Mira fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Actions

Multiattack. Mira makes two melee attacks.

Spear of Certain Death. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) piercing damage, or 9 (1d8 + 5) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack. When Mira damages a creature with an attack using this magic spear, the target can’t regain hit points until the start of Mira's next turn.

Shortsword. Melee Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) piercing damage.

Bonus Actions

Zealous Assault. Mira makes one attack with her shortsword.

Zealous Steps. Mira takes the Dash action.

Divine Grace (1/Day). Mira heals herself or another creature within 5 ft. of her for 21 (6d4 + 6) hitpoints.
