Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the drow has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Spider Climb. The Ravager can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings without needing to make an ability check.

Fey Ancestry Plus. Zul Nagul is immune against being charmed, and magic can’t put her to sleep.

Seen some Shit bro. Zul Nagul can't be frightened.

Innate Spellcasting. Zul Nagul is a level 8 spell caster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). She can cast all spells up to including 3rd level spells as bonus actions even if it means casting more than one spell at her turn. Prepared spells:

Catrips at will: dancing lights, guidance, poison spray, resistance, spare the dying, thaumaturgy

Cantrips 1/day each: darkness, faerie fire

1st level (4 slots): detect evil and good, animal friendship, cure wounds, detect poison and disease

2nd level (3 slots): lesser restoration, protection from poison, web

3rd level (3 slots): conjure animals - two giant spiders, dispel magic

4th level (3 slots): Freedom of movement, Flame of Darkness (see actions)

5th level (2 slots): mass cure wounds, Skittering Darkness (see actions)

Dexterous blademaster. Zul Nagul may sheath, exchange or draw her weapons and light new cigarettes without taking an action.

Actions

Nicotine Knuckles. A foul-smelling energy builds up around Zul Nagul's hand as she throws a puch.
Unarmed strike: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d4)+7 bludgeoning damage and 8 (1d4+7) necrotic damage.

Stiletto of Sacrifice. Melee Weapon Attack. +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d4+7) piercing damage and 13 (2d10+7) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC10 Wisdom Saving Throw or takes an additional 13 (2d10+7) necrotic damage. If the target is restrained or prone, a hit deals another additional 13 (2d10+7) necrotic damage. If a creature's HP are reduced to 0 by the Stiletto of Sacrifice, it instantly dies and its soul belongs to Lolth no matter the target's religious affiliations.

Acrobatic trip. Melee Attack: reach 5 ft., up to two targets. The ravager parcours from target to target, throwing them to the ground. The targets must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity Saving Throw or fall prone to the ground. Additionally, on failed Save, Zul Nagul instantly gains a free attack with her stinger to the prone creature: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d4+7) piercing damage.

Web Shot.  Zul Nagul shoots energy-coated webbing from glands at her wrists.
Ranged Weapon Attack: 40/120 ft., +4 to hit, one target. Hit: 10 (2d4+7) force damage and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for one hour. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the target is unconcious while poisoned this way. The target wakes up if it takes damage or if another creature takes an action to shake it awake.

Ritual of the Ravager.  Once every three rounds, Zul Nagul can cast a ritual as an action causing a portal to her master's plane to open for a split second. One of the following consequences occures:
Option 1: 3 (1d6) giant spiders join the fight.
Option 2: A blast of dark energy erupts, causing the earth to quake and the ground to rip open. Every creature within a range of 40 ft. / 12 m must succeed on a DC 14 Acrobatics (Dexterity) Save or fall prone to the ground, taking 2 (1d4) damage. To any creature without the ability spider climb or a climbing speed, the ground within range becomes difficult terrain.
Option 3: A yellow, slow-moving liquid pours into reality. Covering a radius of 10x10 ft. / 3 x 3 m it moves with 20 ft. / 6 m speed towards any target. Any creature that touches it suffers 5 (1d10) acid damage and must succeed on a DC 15 Strength Saving Throw on the end of it's turn or be restrained. After a failed save, a target can again try a Saving Throw at the end of its next turn.

Flame of Darkness (4th level spell). Touch Spell attack. +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Black flames appear along Zul Nagul's arms, partly destroying her dress. Upon touching the target, the black flames transfer to that creature. Hit: 30 (4d10) necrotic damage.

Skittering Darkness (5th level spell). Ranged Spell attack. Range: 300 ft. / 90 m. Swarming black shapes fill a 20 ft.-radius sphere centered on a chosen point and spreading around corners. It remains for 10 minutes turning the affected area into difficult terrain. At the end of their turn, any creatures within or any creature that touched the area must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution Saving Throw or suffer 30 (4d10) piercing damage.

Reactions

Parry. Zul Nagul creates a shield of webbing, adding +3 to her armor class agaist one melee attack that would hit. To do so, she must see the attacker.

Legendary Actions

Cigarette breath. Can only be used once per round at the end of another creature's turn. Only one legendary action can be taken per round. Range: Cone 30 ft. x 20 ft.
Zul Nagul spits dense smoke at any number of targets in the affected area. They must succeed a DC 18 Constitution Save or take 17 (3d8+5) necrotic damage. If any target fails the Saving Throw by 5 or more, it starts to barf uncontrollably, unable to move or take any actions or bonus actions. At the end of its next turn, an affected target may try to end the extreme barfing condition by succeeding on a DC 15 Constitution Saving Throw.

A Generally Grievous Cough. Can only be used once per round at the end of another creature's turn. Only one legendary action can be taken per round.
Zul Nagul suffers from a fit of cancerous coughing, spraying every creature within 30 ft. radius around her with small bits of coughed-up slime.
Ranged Weapon Attack: 30 ft., sphere, +5 to hit, multiple targets. Hit: 10 (1d8+6) necrotic damage.

Description

The strongest of the Three wears her hair wrapped up in a spider-shaped crown. Eight stinger-like spider legs grow out of her shoulders pointing upwards. Usind these appendages, Zul Nagul likes to crawl up walls and ceilings to chill upside-down in one corner or the other. She is a chain smoker, effectivly giving away her position to any enemies by thick fumes. Forced to roam the surface for far too long, she has a bad sunburn and is in a foul mood.
