Traits

Shapechanger. The werewolf can use its action to polymorph into a wolf-humanoid hybrid or into a wolf, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Keen Hearing and Smell. The werewolf has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Agile Style: Werewolves can fight using multiple styles this one has chosen the path of the Agile. Werewolves who use the Agile style move faster and over farther distances than their counterparts and again Advantage on any Dexterity based saving throws.

Actions

Multiattack. (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). The Agile werewolf makes two attacks: two with its scimitar (humanoid form) or one with its bite and one with its claws (hybrid form).

Bite (Wolf or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 6) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy.

Claws. (Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.

Scimitar (Humanoid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage, or 6 (1d8 + 2) slashing damage

Bonus Actions

Luner Howl: As a bonus action as long as it is night and not a new moon, the Agile werewolf can howl at the moon. DC:15 on success call upon 2D4 wolf spirts to aid the Agile werewolf in battle. [Recharges 6]

Reactions

Agile style's reflexes: The Agile werewolf can use its agile styles reflexes to perform an uncanny dodge: when an attacker that you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to halve the attack’s damage against you.

Description

An Agile werewolf is a savage predator that can appear as a humanoid, as a wolf, or in a terrifying hybrid form. The Hybrid form called the Centros for an Agile werewolf is typically seen hunched over and relying on fast movement to dispatch enemies while much less resistant to damage these werewolves make dangerous foes when there are many of them.
