Read Poetry. As an action, a Vogon can read some of their own poetry. All creatures who can hear the Vogon within 20 feet who is not a Vogon must make a Wisdom saving with a DC of 15. If they fail, they become frightened of the Vogon. If they succeed, they are immune to this ability for 24 hours.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
