Multiattack. The spinosaurus makes three attacks: one with its bite and either two with its claws or one with its claws and one with its tail. Its tail and claws cannot be used on the same target as the bite.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 31 (4d12 + 5) piercing. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends the target is restrained, and the spinosaurus can't bite another target.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (3d6 + 5) slashing.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (3d8 + 5) bludgeoning.

Description

The Spinosaurus indominesis is the largest theropod dinosaur and carnivorous land animal to ever roam the Earth. It hunts down large prey and even fishes in swamplands and coastal regions. This apex predator will strike fear into anyone unfortunate enough to cross its hungry path. Its brilliant sail running along its back is unknown in its purpose yet beautiful to gaze upon. The spinosaurus will stop at nothing to bring down its prey and will fiercely defend its territory from trespassers. This species evolved to be more durable than its ancestors and brothers, possibly explaining the wider range of this species.
