The were-piranha can revert to its true form using a bonus action.
While in a new form, the were-piranha stat block is replaced by the stat block of the Giant Shark, except the were-piranha keeps its current hit points, its hit point maximum, its languages and ability to speak. When transforming using this action the were-piranha gains 4d10 temporary hit points.
