Action - Attraction. The Astral Watcher spreads its pedals and it eye begins to glow in deep blue and purple colors. Causing a gravity well in a 15 foot diameter sphere causing the area to be difficult terrain and causing any creature that begins its turn in the sphere to take 1d4 force damage

Description

A large flower looking creature with one large humanoid eye where the seeds of a flower would be. It has deep void colored tentacle like vines connecting it with its hive mind and allowing it to move around. It moves like a octopus on land pulling its self across the ground or any surface its on. It makes a deep hum and slight chirping sound while moving
