Eater of Souls. Deemed a failed experiment by a mad mage, the Arboreal Gallows is an Awekened Tree twisted by the necrotic realm of the weave. Feeding off this power, the Arboreal Gallows uses the Will O' Wisps, to entice unwarry prey.
False Appearance. While the tree remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a normal tree.
Multiattack. Arboreal Gallows can choose to make 2 slam attacks OR 1 slam attack and another action
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (3d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage.
Gallows. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC 15).
