Discorporation. When you die, your body is destroyed but your essence travels back to your domain and is unable to take physical form for 1d100 years. If within those years, your followers fail to continue worship, you will permanently die.

Bountiful Luck. When an ally you can see within 30 feet of you rolls a 1 or 2 on an attack or saving throw, you can use your reaction to let the ally re-roll the die. The ally must use the new roll. Can be used once per turn.

Lucky. You have 3 luck points/long rest. Whenever you make an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you may spend 1 luck point to roll an additional d20. You can choose which roll to be used. You can also spend 1 luck point when an attack roll is made against you and choose which is used.

Change Appearance. As a bonus action, you can transform your appearance or revert to your natural form. You revert to your natural form if you die. You decide what you look and sound like including size, shape, race, sex, weight, and any other distinguishing characteristics.

Changeling Instincts. You have advantage with Deception, Intimidation, and Persuasion.

Magical Weapons. All of your weapon or melee attacks count as magical.

Innate Spellcasting. Your spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 25). You can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: bane, bless , blinding smite

3/day each: confusion, counterspell, mislead

1/day each: true polymorph, reverse gravity

Actions

Multiattack. You make two dagger attacks.

Wild Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d6 + 8) slashing damage. Once per round when you use this dagger, roll a percentage die (1d100) and check the Wild Magic Surge table to create a random magical effect.

Healing Touch (2/Day). You touch another creature. The target magically regains 40 (8d8 + 4) hit points and is freed from any curse, disease, poison, blindness, or deafness.

Legendary Actions

You can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. You regain spent legendary actions at the start of your turn.

Teleport. You magically teleport, along with any equipment you are wearing or carrying, up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space you can see.

Searing Burst (Costs 2 Actions). You emit magical, divine energy. Each creature of your choice in a 10-foot radius must make a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) fire damage plus 14 (4d6) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Polymorph (Costs 3 Actions). You cast polymorph .

Description

Avandra enjoys the winds of change and exhorts her faithful to follow where they blow. For Avandra, change represents ever-renewing opportunities. Each moment is a chance to alter the course, either personally or on a grander scale. and to take things in a better direction than in the past.

Avandra, together with Corellon, Melora and Sehanine, constitute the four deites known as the free gods. Their cooperation grew from their earlier relationships and the connection some of them had with the race of the halflings. Avandra is considered one of the three gods of destiny, together with Ioun, and the Raven Queen). She is said to hate Zehir the most. She is an opponent of Asmodeus and Torog.

Avandra has taken no exarch into her service in ages. She chooses to interact directly with her followers, and she guides her mortal servants to battle against her enemies—not out of any sort of personal cowardice, but because she believes in allowing mortals to solve their own problems.
