Immutable Form. The statue is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.
Battery. Vagnos is a machine and needs power to function properly. The maximum capacity of his battery is 100%. A day spent traveling uses 30%. A round of combat uses 2%.
Charge Levels. With a charge of less than 50% Vagnos cannot use his Whirl Action. With a charge of less than 25% Vagnos cannot attack at all.
Multiattack. Vagnos makes two attacks: one with his blade and one with his hammer.
Blade. Melee Weapon Attack with reach 5 ft., one target, slashing damage. Attack: [roll]1d20+9[/roll] Damage: [roll](if([roll:-1:critical], =0, 2d6, 2{2d6}.expand()))+6[/roll]
Hammer. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage, and the target is knocked prone.
Whirl (Recharge 5–6). Vagnos can use his action to spin at the waist, targeting creatures of its choice within 10 feet of it. Each target must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 19 (3d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Charge Battery. Vagnos can use his action to reroute lightning damage into his battery. Vagnos can use Charge Battery for up to one minute. During this time he cannot move or use any other actions. He becomes immune to lightning damage. For every point of lightning damage prevented this way he recharges 1% of his battery.
