3rd level (3 slots): counterspell, fireball, fly
4th level (3 slots): greater invisibility, ice storm
5th level (1 slot): steel wind strike
Mulitattack. The Blade Singer makes two Double-Bladed Scimitar attacks.
Double-Bladed Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target, Hit: 6 (2d4+4) slashing damage
Bonus Action: If the Blade Singer takes the multiattack action, it can use its bonus action to make an attack with the opposite end of the weapon. This attack has the same ability modifier as the primary attack. The weapon's die for this attack is a d4, and it deals slashing damage.
Description
The Blade Singers serve as the elite guard of the Rashiq Empire. While their code places the Bashiir Dynasty as the object of their primary devotion, they also protect many of the noble elven and draconic houses allied to the Bashiir. Once sworn their loyalty is unwavering, and will use their martial prowess and powerful spells to keep those they've been charged with from harm at all costs.
