Amphibious. The hag can breathe air and water.
Innate Spellcasting. The hag's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 12). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: vampiric touch, hex, alter self
Vampiric Weakness. The hag has the following weaknesses.
-Forbbidance: The hag cannot enter a residence without permission from one of the residents.
-Sunlight Sensitivity: Whenever the hag starts it's turn in sunlight, it takes 10 (2d8 + 2) radiant damage, the hag also has disadvantage on attack rolls and perception checks.
-Stake Through the Heart: If the hag is pierced through the heart with a piercing weapon made of wood, it is paralyzed until it is removed.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage. If the target is a creature that isn't a construct, ooze, or undead, it must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or have their hit point maximum reduced by half the amount of piercing damage taken. If this reduction reduces the creatures hit point maximum to 0, the creature turns into a zombie at the start of it's turn underneath the hag's control.
Illusory Appearance. The hag covers herself and anything she is wearing or carrying with a magical illusion that makes her look like another creature of her general size and humanoid shape. The illusion ends if the hag takes a bonus action to end it or if she dies.
The changes wrought by this effect fail to hold up to physical inspection. For example, the hag could appear to have smooth skin, but someone touching her would feel her rough flesh. Otherwise, a creature must take an action to visually inspect the illusion and succeed on a DC 20 Intelligence Investigation check to discern that the hag is disguised.
Call of the Night. At night, the hag is able summon 1d4 swarms of rats or 1d4 swarms of wolves. These creatures obey the hag and follow it's commands to the best of the creature's abilities.
Description
Sometimes things in the dark shouldn't be brought to the light. Vampiric hags are the scary tales you tell around a campfire, the mistresses of undeath. These hags are not truly undead as their name may suggest, instead they are warped by necrotic energies giving them the appearance and features of vampiric creatures. Often times, these hags move out of the dark they are so comfortable in and travel into cities where they can snatch unsuspecting creatures and consume them in profane rituals.
