Description

Vaati the Windmage is a powerful spellcaster dedicated to the study of  arcane Tempestry. He was once a small mage in service to an old professor. Those who are neither good nor evil sequester themselves in remote towers to practice their magic without interruption. Vaati's Palace has numerous magical wards and guardians to Stop intruding magic.

Lair and Lair Actions

Has a Lair up in thee clouds of the Palace of Winds

It lays above the clouds on the highest tower in the lands, it was  build by him during his ultimate reign of terror in the past

it splits off into other towers near its middle and has twisting and turning mazes of doors to them. Lots of traps, so it is better to look out.
