Arithmophobia. When presented with prime statistical anomalies over 37 but not exceeding 51 by another creature, Probabilitor cowers in fear. He has disadvantage on all spellcasting and action rolls for 1d20 turns or until he regains his confidence (usually by solving some ninth grade equations). What's a prime statistical anomaly that's over 37 but not exceeding 51? Why are you asking me? I'm just a descriptive text, for gods' sake!
Magic Resistance. Pobabilitor The Annoying has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. Because he's a wizard, duh.
Spellcasting. Probabilitor The Annoying is an 18th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). He can cast fly at will and has the following wizard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): fire bolt, light, mage hand, prestidigitation, thaumaturgy, vicious mockery (he's extremely bad at it)
1st level (4 slots): detect magic, grease (not the movie), identify, mage armor, magic missile, shield (of shielding)
2nd level (3 slots): enhance ability, enlarge/reduce
3rd level (3 slots): counterspell, fireball (of course), lightning bolt, stinking cloud
4th level (3 slots): confusion, stoneskin*, polymorph
5th level (3 slots): arcane hand, geas, legend lore, seeming, telekinesis
6th level (1 slot): globe of invulnerability, Otto's irresistible dance (the only legacy of his short lived hip-hop career), programmed illusion
7th level (1 slot): delayed blast fireball, mirage arcane,
8th level (1 slot): feeblemind, glibness, maze, mind blank*, power word stun (he makes a logistic problem so unbelievable it stuns you)
9th level (1 slot): meteor swarm, power word kill (he asks you to divide a number by zero)
*Probabilitor casts these spells on himself before combat. Also he unpacks his mom's lunch.
Math Ray. Probabilitor shoots a blue stream of magic and mathematical symbols in a 30-foot cube. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 1d6 force damage on a failed save.
Quarterstaff. Melee Weapon Attack: +1 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d8-1) bludgeoning damage. The D batteries inside it stop functioning after 5 hits and the staff loses its glow.
Trick. Probabilitor does a non-magical magic trick, like pulling out his thumb or guessing your card correctly. This actions has no effect, he just likes showing off.
Description
“To the power of infinity, I subtract you!”
- Probabilitor solving a simple question on eight grade. He subsequently failed the test due to it have been reduced to ashes.
In the faraway land of Quadrantia, atop the Tower of Triviality, lives and hides, nickels and dimes, dinnertime...Sorry, where was I again? Oh yes, description. Lives and hides the infamous Probabilitor Pythagorus Decimaldore the 3.1415th, better known as Probabilitor the Annoying, the greatest wizard of mathology, give or take an error of 0.4.
Smartbutt. A man obsessed with numbers and chance, Probabilitor dedicated many decades and centuries and millennia and ages and eons, alright that's a bit too much. Many decades and centuries studying the properties of algarisms until he became one with the tangent, a true powerhouse. Did he get any smart? No, but now he could crack jokes about square roots and feel like he's the best. It all came with a cost, however. His seeking for knowledge became insatiable, to the point of eating the brains of smart creatures to increase his own IQ. That's his thing, he eats brains. Don't know if that really works, to be honest.
Epic Gamer. While he is a grand wizard, Probabilitor prefers to play games with his victims in exchange for their freedom. Puzzle games, war games, whatever chess is, he has mastered it all. Such so he created his own game: Dungeons, Dungeons and More Dungeons! Using a 38 sided die, Probabilitor and his enemies combat in a game of make believe unlike any other. When the dice is rolled, a thing happens, and when the dice is rolled again, another thing happens! It's a truly amazing game! You are gonna love it!
