Benth takes villain actions instead of legendary actions. These occur only on certain rounds and after half of the player characters (rounded up) have taken a turn.
Repulsive Propulsion (round 1). Benth conjures a cloud of ink from his armpits and propels himself up to 20 feet. This movement doesn't provoke opportunity attacks. Benth then may make a Stomatopod Arm-Spear attack.
Hypoxite Diffusion (round 2). Benth releases a swarm of hypoxites. Every creature within 30 feet of Benth must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be infested with hypoxites. A target infested with hypoxites begins to suffocate.
Horried Regeneration (round 3). Benth rips his Stomatopod Arm-Spear off and dies. On his next turn, his body regenerates from the Stomatopod Arm-Spear and Benth regains all his hit points, any conditions or effects that he was under are ended.
