Keen Smell. The Chieftain has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Keen Senses (hybrid form). The Chieftain is immune to being flanked.
Multiattack. In bear form, the werebear makes two claw attacks or 1 bite attack. In humanoid form, it makes 2 club attacks. In hybrid form, it can attack like a bear or a humanoid.
Bite (Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 3) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werebear lycanthropy.
Claw (Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage.
Club (Humanoid or Hybrid Form). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage.
Cursed Bear Pelt. When brought to or below half health the Wendol Chieftain uses the cursed bear pelt he wears to permanently transforms into a Werebear in its Hybrid form and he gains 1 AC and resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage from non magical sources. When the Wendol Chieftain transforms he gets one free claw attack. The transformation also causes him to drop his club. Trigger this earlier if the Chieftain is getting killed too quickly.
Pained Roar. (1-2 turn recharge) When hit with a melee attack the Chieftain can use his reaction to let out a Pained Roar. All creature within 30 feet need to make a DC 12 Wisdom Saving throw. On failure they take 1d4 Psychic damage and is Frightened. On success they take half damage and is not Frightened.
Beastial Roar: When in his hybrid Werebear form the Wendol Chieftain can use a legendary action to let out a loud beastial roar. All creatures within 60 feet of the Wendol Chieftain must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom save. On a failure the creature takes 1d8 Force damage and half on a success. Add disadvantage to failures if the boss is getting beat on. The target can make a wisdom save at the end of their turn to get rid of the disadvantage.
Beastial chrage: When in his hybrid Werebear form the Wendol Chieftain can use a legendary action to charge at a target that is not within 5 feet of him. He runs up to 60 feet at the target and makes a claw or Bite attack. He does not provoke opportunity attacks from anyone within 10 feet of him as he moves to fast for them to react.
