Constructed Nature. Uzi doesn't need food, air, or drink, and she can survive in climates as cold as -450 degrees without any adverse effects.
Multiattack. Uzi makes three strike attacks and one old wrench attack.
Old Wrench. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (5d4) bludgeoning damage.
Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 bludgeoning damage.
Magnetically Amplified Photon Converger. Uzi fires a beam of electrically charged particles in a 15 foot cone. Every creature that is Small or larger in the radius takes 130 (20d10 + 20) lightning damage, and if their challenge rating is 20 or less, they unable to use any special traits that would prevent it from reaching 0 hit points until the end of Uzi's next turn. Once Uzi uses this action, she can't do so again until 30 minutes have passed.
Disengage. Uzi takes the Disengage action.
Reflexive Strike. If Uzi is missed by an attack or takes less than 8 damage from one, she makes one strike attack against a creature or object within 5 feet of herself.
