Keen Hearing and Smell. The wolf has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Pack Tactics. The wolf has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the wolf's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Ashen Creature. When the ashwolf drops to 0 hit points, it is reduced to a pile of ash, and any equipment it was wearing or carrying falls to the ground.
Ash Cloud. At the start of it's turn the ashwolf creates an ash cloud with a 20 foot radius centered on itself. When a creature starts it's turn inside this aura they take 4 (1d6) fire damage. Scorching Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) piercing damage and 7 (2d6) fire damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

A creature can end this effect on themself or someone else by using an action to scrape off the burning coals or by being submerged in water.
The Ashwolf can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The ashwolf regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
