Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.
Mark of Belteshar. If the Belteshar zombie falls down from failing its Undead Fortitude save, the red sigil carved in it's forehead glows brighter and brighter until it erupts, exploding into an impressive flame. All creatures within 15 feet of the Belteshar zombie must make a dex save DC 12. On a failed save they take 2d8+1 fire damage, on a success they take half as much.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage.
Description
Undead zombies move with a jerky, uneven gait. They are clad in the moldering apparel they wore when put to rest, and carry the stench of decay.
A sigil is found on their forehead, illuminated in a deep red, which gets brighter as the Zombie becomes more damaged.
