Description
When a blight has consumed more blood than they're capable of holding, they become blood gorged. Every blight takes on new characteristics while gorged on blood in this way. The most common is a noticeable increase to the creatures strength and durability.
A twig blight that becomes gorged on blood turn the normally dry and brittle branched, into a blood filled sac ready to burst. The body of the twig blight will swell up filling small membranes full of the blood. These membranous sacs are extremely delicate. Even the smallest of tears will rip the creature apart, leaving it destroyed. Often, these blights use themselves as sacrificial blood bombs if it ensures the tree more blood to fed upon.
