Aggressive. As a bonus action, Vegum can move up to his walking speed toward a hostile creature that he can see.

Eldritch Evocations.

  1. Agonizing Blast. When the Warlock cast eldritch blast, add +3 to the damage it deals on a hit.
  2. Lance of Lethargy. Once on each of the Warlock's turns when he hits a creature with his eldritch blast, he can reduce that creature’s speed by 10 feet until the end of his next turn.
  3. Cloak of Flies (1/Day). as a bonus action, the Warlock surrounds itself with a 5-ft. aura of flies that grants advantage on Intimidation checks, but disadvantage on all other CHA checks. A creature that starts its turn in the aura takes +3 poison damage.

Innate Spellcasting. The Warlock’s innate spellcasting ability is Charisma. It can innately cast the following spells (spell save DC 16), requiring no material components:

At will: Booming Blade (1d8 thunder damage), Eldritch blast x 2 (1d10+3 force damage), Thunderclap (Con save 2d6 thunder damage), Toll the Dead (Wis save 2d8/2d12 necrotic damage).

Spellcasting. The Warlock is a 5th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16, +7;1d20+3, Spellcasting to hit with spell attacks). It regains its expended spell slots when it finishes a short or long rest. It knows the following warlock spells:

1st level (One Use): Inflict Wounds (3d10 necrotic damage).

2nd level (One Use): Invisibility.

3rd level (4 slots): Armor of Agathys (+15 Temp HP & 15 frost damage), Darkness, Hellish Rebuke (Dex save 4d10 fire damage), Hex, Hold Person (Wis save), Hunger of Hadar (Dex save 2d6 frost/acid damage).

Actions

Multi-Attack. The Warlock can perform one total attack with his Dagger.

Blinding Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:  3(1d4+2) piercing damage. The target creature must make a DC 16 Con save. On a failed save, the target creature is blinded. On a success, nothing happens. The afflicted creatures can reroll the save at the end of their turn.

Sacrificial Dagger (Recharge 3-4). The Uruk Foot Soldier cuts open a portal and warps to another space within 60 ft. The next attack action the Uruk Foot Soldier does is at advantage.
