Description

Elder Lizardfolk are a common occurrence in smaller lizardfolk tribes, they tend to have a bit of chromatic energy passed on through age. This allows these lizardfolk to imbue their attacks with a damage type that is 2d4 of the same as that color Chromatic Dragon's breath attack.

These are experienced lizardfolk who understand how to take advantage of the land around them for food, travel, or combat. These creatures have a deep understanding of the environment they have lived in and are capable of understanding the cause of natural phenomena that may occur around them. They understand all sources of food available to them within the area, with an almost encyclopedic knowledge of prey animals as well as potential predators or competitors. They lead the tribe around them with an understanding of what would be best for the whole community's survival and are capable of abandoning or eating members that may hold back the potential survival of the tribe. They serve as a wise old member of the group, so they get an increased charisma with their role as the communications between the draconic speaking lizardfolk and common adventurers. They are not quick to violence but still are quite efficient when angered.

Their age makes them more susceptible to poisons due to the degradation of their immune system, however they resist lightning damage as well as thunder damage just for thematic reasons and poison should be more useful as a damage type. Fight me about it *****.
