Buoyant Flight. An inflated Baby Gasbags has 3 charges of air within itself. One charge is used per turn of normal aerial movement, two are used to dash, and it loses all charges if knocked prone while flying or it Exhales. A stationary Baby Gasbag using no air charges can be moved by a suitably strong wind unless secured.
Beast of Burden . Despite their small size, Baby Gasbags are incredibly strong, and are considered to be a large creature for the purposes of determining its carrying capacity. They can be used to pull carts by those who domesticate them.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.
Inhale. Baby Gasbags inhale the air around itself inflating its body, becoming buoyant. While inflated, Baby Gasbags gain access to the Exhale reaction. This grants them a flying speed of 30 ft. per round. While inflated, it gains resistance to all forms of physical damage.
Exhale (Only Possible While Inflated). Baby Gasbags can exhale a blast of air in a 20-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Strength saving throw, being pushed 30ft back and knocked prone on a failed save. On a successful save the creature is knocked prone but not pushed back. This reaction deflates the gasbags.
