Unarmored Defense. While wielding at least one blade and not wearing armor or wielding a shield, the weaveblade has an AC of 20.

Weavehand. The weaveblade knows the mage hand cantrip and can cast it without verbal or somatic components and can make the spectral hand invisible.

Weavespeak. The weaveblade can speak telepathically to any creature within 60 ft. The telepathic utterances are in a language it knows and the creature understands the weaveblade if it knows that language. This communication doesn't give the creature the ability to respond telepathically.

Spellcasting. The weaveblade is a 17th level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 19, +11 to hit with spell attacks). The weaveblade has following artificer spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): guidance, magic stone, mending, shocking grasp
1st level (4 slots): absorb elements, catapult, charm person, cure wounds, expeditious retreat, jump, thunderwave
2nd level (3 slots): enhance ability, hold person, levitate, spider climb, suggestion
3rd level (3 slots): beacon of hope, hasteintellect fortress, revivify, sending
4th level (3 slots): arcane eye, confusiondominate beast
5th level (1 slot): animate objects, hold monster, telekinesis

Actions

Multiattack. The weaveblade makes two attacks.

Weaveblade Attack. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft. or thrown range 30/60 ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (1d12 + 7) radiant damage.

Magic Stone Attack. (Bonus Action spell to activate) Ranged Spell Attack: +11 to hit, range 60ft., 1 target. Hit: 9 (1d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage.

Weavespeak. The weaveblade can cast the detect thoughts spell without any components. The weaveblade can [Tooltip Not Found] once per day.

Weaveshield (5/day). While wielding at least one blade, the weaveblade can take the dodge action. When doing so, any creature of it's choice within 5 ft. is protected by three-quarters cover until the start of the weaveblade's next turn. If any protected creature is targeted with an an attack roll, the weaveblade expends their reaction to provide this cover. If a protected creature moves further than 5ft. away, they lose this benefit. 

Bonus Actions

Weavehand Shove. The weaveblade can telekinetically shove one creature within 30 ft. The target must make succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 19) or be moved 20 ft. in any direction. A creature can willingly fail this save.

Weaveblade Offhand Attack. (Two-Weapon Fighting) Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: 11 to hit, reach 5 ft. or thrown range 30/60 ft., 1 target. Hit: 7 (1d12) radiant damage.

Weavepull. The weaveblade can recall a one blade within 30 ft. to their hand.

Reactions

Evasion. The weaveblade can instinctively dodge out of the way of certain area effects. When the weaveblade is subjected to an effect that requires a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, the weaveblade instead takes no damage on a success, and only half damage on a fail.

Weavecatch. While wielding at least one blade, the weaveblade can use their reaction to become immune to lightning damage until the start of their next turn as the weaveblade absorbs and disperses this energy.

Weavedeflect. While wielding at least one blade, the weaveblade can deflect incoming ranged weapon attacks. Roll 1d10+5. If the damage is reduced to 0, the missile is deflected and the weaveblade can make a ranged attack with the missile as part of the same reaction. +11 to hit, range 30/60 ft. The damage is whatever was originally rolled as damage for the attack.

Description

Weaveblade artificers have discovered their ability to use the weave to interact with the world around them. Using their mind to manipulate the objects and creatures around them, weaveblade artificers hone their mystical powers over years of dedication and training. These artificers have unlocked a connection to the weave and have constructed a blade of energy to as their primary tool. For good or ill, a weaveblade artificer's power and ability should never be underestimated.

Weaveblade artificers have learned how to craft a blade of pure radiant energy. This weapon must be attuned to during the course of a 1 hour long ritual. This blade has the Finesse and Light properties, sheds dim light in a 15 foot radius and can be used as a spellcasting focus. The weapon is composed of a hilt that can emit a blade of energy requiring no action. A weaveblade can have up to two blades created this way. If they attempt to create a third, they must break their attunement with one of the other two.

The weaveblade artificer has created an infusion giving their primary blade a +2 to attack and damage rolls. They have also created infusions replicating a cloak of protection and a bracers of defense adding a +3 to AC.
