Bird Royalty. The swan aarakocra can command and speak to birds. The aarakocra also has advantage on any charisma rolls.

Heavenly blast. (Recharge 3-4) Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 120 ft, one target. Hit: 16 (4d6 + 2) [radiant] damage. The target takes 1d6 fire damage per round as well until they either are healed with magic or take cold damage.

Description
Swan Aarakocra make up the royalty of lake-based Aarakocra whenever they are in the area. Their feifdoms usually consist of geese, duck, grebes, darters, cormorants, herons, ibises, spoonbills and storks, cranes, rails, moorhens, coots and wader Aarakocra. Sometimes they rule over Bullywugs that happen to be in the area as well.
Herons, Ibis, and Crane Aarakocra make up their main subordinates, and sometimes they even have their own kingdoms. Swan Aarakocra are often spell-casters and clerics as well.
Swan Aarakocra are known to be haughty and arrogant, and temperamental, but they are not evil or good. They consider their fiefdoms to be their absolute right and exercise their authority arbitrarily, but fairly.
Swan Aarakocra clerics worship gods of air, water, lakes, healing, culture, and aristocracy. They advise swan monarchs and swan royalty.
