Bone Toothpick

Flying Mount. Bone Toothpick can fly at 14 miles per hour outside of combat. A creature that serves as a flying war mount must rest 1 hour for every 3 hours it flies, and it can’t fly for more than 9 hours per day. Bone toothpick will be able to fly 42 miles in 3 hours before needing a 1 hour rest. Bone can do this three times each day, allowing a distance of 126 miles in 12 hours before needing a long rest. Pushing the wyrmling past this limit will result in level of exhaustion and more difficulty to control.

War Mount. A War Mount will start with hostile attitude towards new people. Once the attitude is indifferent or better, after each full day of riding or training with a mount, the rider may make a DC 10 Wisdom (Animal Handling) check. Once bonded, the wyrmling will be friendly and use one bonded mount slot of the player. A trained rider controlling a bonded war or riding mount may use their reaction to swap an ability check, saving throw, or AC. Meaning the mount or the rider may use the ability check, saving throw, or AC of the other. This effect lasts until the beginning of the riders next turn, or until the rider dismounts or is unseated. A trained rider controlling a bonded war mount may use their bonus action to allow the mount to use any action in their stat block, including an attack.

Ice Walk. The dragon can move across and climb icy surfaces without needing to make an ability check. Additionally, difficult terrain composed of ice or snow doesn't cost it extra movement.

Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) piercing damage plus 4 (1d8) cold damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage.

Cold Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales an icy blast of hail in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking 22 (5d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
