Traits

Detect Life. The demon can magically sense the presence of creatures up to 5 miles away that aren’t undead or constructs. it knows the general direction they’re in but not their exact locations.

Incorporeal Movement. The demon can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. it takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Actions

Corrupting Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (3d6 + 2) necrotic damage.

Harm. The demon unleashes a virulent disease on a creature that it can see within 60ft. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 14d6 necrotic damage, or half as much damage on a successful save. The damage can't reduce the target's hit points below 1. If the target fails the saving throw, its hit point maximum is reduced for 1 hour by an amount equal to the necrotic damage it took. Any effect that removes a disease allows a creature's hit point maximum to return to normal before that time passes.

Blight.  Necromantic energy washes over a creature of the demon's choice that it can see within 30ft, draining moisture and vitality from it. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. The target takes 8d8 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.

Horrifying Visage. Each non-undead creature within 60 feet of the demon that can see her must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if the demon is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a target’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to the demon’s Horrifying Visage for the next 24 hours.

Fear Given Form. The demon opens calls upon hidden servants from beyond to assist in battle, or harvest. summoning a Small Terrorling or Minor Wisp into the area

Legendary Actions

Reason to Fear (1/Day). The demon releases a painful aura. This aura has no effect on constructs and undead. All other creatures within 30 feet of it must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a creature drops to 5 hit points. On a success, a creature takes 10 (3d6) psychic damage.

Touch of Terror (2/Day). The demon sends negative energy coursing through a creature within melee range, causing it searing pain. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. It takes 7d8 + 30 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A humanoid killed by this spell rises at the start of the demons next turn as a zombie that is permanently under the command of the demon and its summoner, following verbal orders to the best of its ability.
