Controlled Fall. When the draconian falls and isn't incapacitated, it subtracts up to 100 feet from the fall when calculating the fall's damage.
Death Throes. When the draconian is reduced to 0 hit points, it's body turns stony and releases a hint of petrifying gas. This gas has no effect on other draconians or on Dragons. Each creature within 5 feet of the draconian must succeed on a DC 9 Constitution saving throw or be restrained as it is slowly turned to stone. The restrained creature must repeat the saving throw at the start of its next turn, becoming entirely petrified on a failure, or freeing itself from the stone on a success. After 5 minutes, the draconian's body turns to dust.
Draconian Devotion. While the draconian can see a true Dragon that isn't hostile to it, the draconian has advantage on attack rolls.
Mace. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage.
Description
After the War of the Lance, many draconians were freed from the Dragon Queen's will, allowing them to form their own communities and live how they please. Their lost connection to the Dragon Queen caused their Death Throes to dramatically weaken, allowing them to live easy and fight in large groups without possibly hurting one another. However, their love and reverence toward dragons barely wavered in the slightest, and they still worship draconic gods.
