Three Heads. Balachko has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and on saving throws against being blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, stunned, and knocked unconscious.
Feint. If Balachko makes attacks against two different opponents in the same round and hits with the first attack, the attack against the second opponent is made with advantage.
Wakeful. At least one of Balachko's three heads is always awake.
Multiattack. Balachko makes two attacks: one with its spiked club and one with its morningstar.
Spiked club. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage.
Morningstar. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d8 + 6) piercing damage.
Rock. Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (3d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage.
Parry. If a melee attack would hit it, Balachko can use its reaction to make the attack miss.
Description
Balachko is 3-headed hill giant. Each of the three heads think and function independently of each other. Balachko is very tall and muscular, even for a hill giant, although he is also potbellied and slow.

The Reaper Bones V Core Set includes a miniature of a three-headed hill giant. This is my attempt to stat it using a combination of ettin, hill giant, and Slavic folklore resources. This will be used in my next session in two weeks.
