Blizzard. The Snow Sprite creates a small localized blizzard with a radius of 60 feet centered on itself. The area within the blizzard is considered lightly obstructed.
Snow Poof. The Snow Sprite vanishes into a cloud of snow and teleports up to 60 feet away.
Description
The Snow Sprites are enigmatic little creatures with glowing blue eyes. They wear thick white coats and small black shoes, and they are between 1 1/2 to 2 feet tall. They are found alone or in small "colonies" of 4-5 individuals. They tend to be afraid of creatures larger than them, but they can learn to trust and even form friendships with other creatures who treat them kindly. It is believed that they can understand any language they hear, but they never speak.
They are very slippery; attempts to restrain them fail because they can simply vanish into a puff of snow and reappear elsewhere. They can also tunnel rapidly through snow, making them difficult to follow. However, should they feel truly threatened, they are capable of summoning small snowstorms, which discourages whatever is threatening them and allows them to find a good place to hide.
