Blind Sense. The hut is blind, and therefore cannot see. However, it can hear, and it can sense any creature within 40 ft of it unless that creature uses its action to Stealth by standing perfectly still.
Magic Resistance. The Blood Sister's foul magic protects this hut from other arcane attacks. It gets advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects, and has resistance to damage caused by the same.
Dimension Door 1/day. The The hut disappears with a screeching cluck and puff of chicken feathers, reappearing in an available space 400 feet away in a similar fashion.
Scratch. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., targets all enemies adjacent to the hut. Hit: 3 (1d6) [slashing] damage.
Ram (recharge on a 5-6). The hut rushes forward up to double its movement speed, though at least a minimum of its base movement speed, in a straight line. Any creature in the path must make a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and take 6d6 bludgeoning damage. A creature under the hut at the end of this action that failed its save is stuck and considered grappled by the hut, otherwise it is pushed to the closest unoccupied spice adjacent to the hut.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) [bludgeoning] damage, plus another 9 (2d8) against a prone target.
Description
At first glance what appears to be a tiny, rotten hovel bobs and moves slightly. It seems to wobble drunkenly as it does not sit firmly on the ground, but is supported by hundreds if not thousands of tiny chicken feet. The feet constantly shift, straining under the weight of the hut above. The foul appendages sink and straighten oddly as the hut constantly adjusts to the moving hags within, struggling to bear their weight.
When not occupied, the chicken feet scratch at the dirt as if looking for food. Occasional "pecking" a corner of the structure into the ground repeatedly. But it is unknown if the hut actually needs sustenance or has merely adopted chicken-like habits in its grotesque mockery of life.
