Lay on hands: Wrynn has 120 points of healing he can use to heal someone as an action that recharges on a long rest". 

Forsaken Smite: (1/Day) All your Smites deal 1d8 more damage for the next minute.

Smite: Wrynn may expend spell slots to smite a creature upon a successful attack, dealing 2d8 for a 1st level spell slot and an additional 1d8 for each slot above first.

Fiend Flower: (3/Day) give a creature a flower that lasts one hour, granting the creature +8 t Charisma saves and Charisma based ability checks.

Mantle of Spell Resistance: You have advantage on saving throws against spells whilst wearing this cloak.

Actions

Multi-attack: Wrynn makes 2 Tithe attacks and one Obliterate attack.

Tithe: Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, Reach 5ft, 1d8+19 slashing damage, and has 6 charges, you may spend as many as you want and 1 hit die for each to do that much additional damage.

Obliterate. Ranged spell attack +20 to hit, fire 4 beams each doing 1d12+8 Force damage.

Devastation Blast: (Recharge 5 or 6) Each creature within a 50ft radius makes a DC 28 Charisma Saving Throw, on a fail taking 50d6 Force Damage, this does double damage against structures.
