Special Trait Alert. +5 bonus to initiative. Other creatures don’t gain advantage on attack rolls against Urga'rr as a result of being hidden. Urga'rr can’t be surprised while he are conscious

Colossus slayer. Urga'rr can wear down the most potent foes. When he hit a creature with a weapon attack, the creature takes an extra 1d8 damage if it’s below its hit point maximum. He can deal this extra damage only once per turn.

Multiattack defense. When a creature hits Urga'rr with an attack, he gain a +4 bonus to AC against all subsequent attacks made by that creature for the rest of the turn.

Spellcasting. The Urga'rr is an 13th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 20, +7 to hit with spell attacks, saving throw 15). The Urga'rr has the following ranger spells prepared:

1st level (4 slots): Cure Wounds, Ensnaring Strike, Hail of Thorns

Actions

Multiattack. The Urga'rr makes two double greataxe attacks, or two range attacks.

Charge. If the minotaur moves at least 10 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 9 (2d8) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be pushed up to 10 feet away and knocked prone.

Reckless. At the start of its turn, the Urga'rr can gain advantage on all melee weapon attack rolls it makes during that turn, but attack rolls against it have advantage until the start of its next turn.

Double Greataxes. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 18 (2d12 + 6) slashing damage. 

Longbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, ranged 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 1) piercing damage.

Labyrinthine Recall. The minotaur can perfectly recall any path it has traveled.
