Limited Telepathy. Baby Shadow Phoenix can magically communicate simple ideas, emotions and images telepathically with any creature within 100 ft. of it that can understand a Language.

Fire to Ash. When a Baby Shadow Phoenix dies, a Phoenix Egg appears in the space thr Baby Shadow Phoenix previously occupied. If the Baby Shadow Phoenix was in a fight, the Shadow Phoenix Egg ignores any damage resulting from the fall.

Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 slashing damage plus 3 (1d6) necrotic damage. 

Necrotic Ray. Ranged Spell Attack: +5 to hit, range 15 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d8 ) necrotic damage.

Protective Shroud. Baby Shadow Phoenix can shroud a willing creature with a protective aura. The creature shares its magic resistance trait. Baby Shadow Phoenix cannot take any actions while shrouding, and must stay within 5 ft. of the creature or the effect ends. Baby Shadow Phoenix regains the ability to use this feature after it finishes a short or long rest. Unless otherwise specified, Baby Shadow Phoenix will always try to shtoud its bounded creature as its first action during a combat.

Illumination. Baby Shadow Phoenix sheds bright light in a 30 ft. radius and dim light in an additional 30 ft. The effect lasts for one hour unless canceled with a bonus action

New Life. When a creature bonded to the Baby Shadow Phoenix within its sight has its hit points drop to 0 or dies, Baby Shadow Phoenix can make a DC 10 Charisma check. When passed, baby shadow phoenix can transfer all of its remaining hit points to the fallen. or if the creature has died, bring it back to 0 hp. The Baby Shadow Phoenix turns into Shadow Phoenix  Egg after successfully using this feature.
