Fabric Skin. If grappled and restrained the bag saint can be "skinned" with a successful DC 15 strength check. A skinned bag saint must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom save at the start of every round thereafter or uselessly flail on the ground, regardless of its saves it dies in 1d6 rounds.
Sneak Attack (1/Turn). The bag saint deals an extra 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage when it hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of the bag saint that isn't incapacitated.
Druidic Binding. The bag saint is bound to the druid that transformed it. The two can communicate telepathically as a free action so long as the bag saints skullcap is intact.
Mitten Choke. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 12). At the start of each of its turns that it remains grappled the target takes 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage and cannot breathe.
Description
Bag saints are creations of particularly vicious sects of feral druids. Some druids seek to unite humanity and nature harmoniously while others seek to bring humanity low and revert it back to the wilds by force. To such druid's bag saints are the embodiment of civilization. A bag saint is a humanoid (any species will do although humans are most common) that has been skinned alive and lobotomized by the druid circle, its hands bound together into usually useless "mittens", its skin replaced by high quality fabric, and the top of its skull replaced by an enchanted wooden skullcap etched with forest runes. This horrific fate is a punishment for those the druids see as beyond saving via a return to nature; nobles, poets, and scholars. They parade bag saints through cowed rural villages spouting the weakness of civilization. Humanity has forgotten how to fight like a beast so the bag saint has had its teeth and claws removed, it has forgotten the language of the woods and so its tongue has been cut out, they drape themselves in unnatural clothing, so the bag saint has been skinned, and they look to others for their basic needs, so the bag saint has been rendered thoughtless. Despite their ridiculous appearance and frail health (disease claims them all within weeks or months) bag saints are used by evil druids as assassins since they're naturally silent and have no compunction against waiting under a bed for hours only to strangle the occupant when they fall asleep.
