Traits

Anxious Breakdown. Anxiety picks any number of creatures within 60 feet of it, all chosen creatures must make a DC 27 Wisdom saving throw or become paralyzed with anxiety. If a creature fails the save, it drops anything it is holding and its move speeds are reduced to 0 for as long as they are paralyzed in this way. The effect last for as long as anxiety is within 30 feet of the creature, otherwise they make a save at the start of each of their turns.

Innate Spellcasting. Anxiety has the following spells at its disposal, Intelligence is its spell casting ability (Spell save DC 25, spell attack +17):

At will: Command, Hold Monster, Hold Person

3/day (each): Fear, Bestow Curse

Actions

Multiattack. Anxiety makes one slam attack against each creature within range.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 41 (4d12 + 15) bludgeoning damage.

Legendary Actions

Anxiety can use its legendary action once and only on another creatures turn. It regains all expended uses at the start of the next round.

Mental Break. Anxiety picks one creature within 60 feet of it, that creature must make a DC 27 Wisdom saving throw at disadvantage or suffer from the affects of anxiety's Anxious Break ability, but in addition they are prone and become vulnerable to psychic damage. Attacks on the effected creature deal psychic damage instead of their original damage type.
