Traits

Aura of Protection and Warding. While you are conscious, you grant all friendly creatures within 10 ft. a +5 bonus to all saving throws and resistance to spell damage. 

Slasher. When you score a critical hit that deals slashing damage, you grievously wound the target. Until the end of the next turn, the target has disadvantage on all attack rolls.

Lay on Hands. You have a pool of 45 HP healing. As an action, you can touch a creature and restore any number of HP remaining in the pool. 

Spellcasting. Valeera Eildorne is a 9th-level Paladin. Her spellcasting ability is Constitution (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). Valeera has the following Oath of Ancients spells prepared:

Actions

Valeera has 2 attacks per action. 

Glaive. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15 (3d6 + 6) Slashing damage. 
Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 6) Piercing damage.

Divine Smite. Melee Weapon Attack. When you hit a creature, you can expend a spell slot to deal 2d8 extra radiant damage to the target plus 1d8 for each spell level higher than 1st. Deal an additional 1d8 against undead or fiends.
Distracting Strike. Melee Weapon Attack. When you hit a creature, you can expend one superiority die to distract your opponent. You add 1d6 to your attack's damage roll. The next attack against the target has advantage. 
Slasher. Melee Weapon Attack: When you hit a creature with slashing damage, you can reduce the target's speed by 10 ft. until the start of the next round.

Nature's Wrath. You cause spectral vines to spring up, grabbing a creature you can see within 10 ft. The creature must succeed a DC 17 STR or DEX save or become restrained. It repeats the save at the beginning of each round. 
Turn the Faithless. You present your holy symbol, causing each fiend within 30 ft. to make a DC 17 WIS save. On a failure, the creature is turned for 1 minute or stunned until the end of the next round. 

Bonus Actions

Spells. Compelled Duel, Ensnaring Strike, Shield of Faith, Branding Smite, [spell[Blinding Smite[/spell]

Fey Step. You can teleport up to 30 ft. to an unoccupied space you can see. Immediately after using this ability, each creature within 5 ft. of you must succeed a DC 17 WIS save or become frightened until the start of the next turn. 

 

Reactions

Interception. When a creature you see hits a target, other than you, within 5 ft., you can reduce the damage dealt by 1d10+4. 

Riposte. When a creature misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against it. You add 1d6 to the attack's damage on a hit

Legendary Actions

Valeera Eildorne has 1 legendary action, which can only be used while below 25% HP. 

Ancient Soul (1 Action). Valeera raises their glaive in triumphant defiance against their opponent. You target 1 creature you can see, causing the target to suffer the effects of Compelled Duel

Upon activation, Valeera gains temporary hit points equal to their maximum HP, however, at the end of each round, Valeera takes 5 damage until she falls unconscious. 

Valeera also gains all the mechanical benefits of Rage. Resistance to all Bludgeoning, Slashing, and Piercing damage, as well as dealing an additional 2 damage on melee attacks. 

Description

Valeera Eildorne is an Eladrin huntress in the service of Elarya Rosebane. She was born and raised in the Feywilds for the majority of her life. Eventually, Valeera started growing tired of the repetitious life she was living, so she left. She went on a sabbatical from the Feywilds to travel the material plane and live in Orsterra.
